The Technicare Online Order Tracking System allows clients to login to a secure system and "track" the status of their digital print orders in a "real time" environment.

Highlights include:

• Order Received - date and time
• Current Department Status
• Order Completion - date and time
• Invoice/Billing Information
• Shipping/Pickup - date and time
• Waybill numbers with direct link to carrier tracking site

NOTE: The Technicare Order Tracking System can only access orders submitted via the Technicare Order Entry System (ROES).
